By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or store illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content.
The materials on G-Invoice’s website and application are provided on an 'as is' basis. G-Invoice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
The "Compliance Shield" and tax estimation features provided by G-Invoice are for informational and planning purposes only. G-Invoice is a software provider, not a certified tax consultant, accountant, or legal advisor. The tax estimates generated by the Service are approximations based on the data you input and general interpretation of tax laws (e.g., Nigeria Finance Act). These estimates may not reflect your exact legal tax liability.
By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
In no event shall G-Invoice or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on G-Invoice’s website or application, even if G-Invoice or a G-Invoice authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
